Do you allow pets?

We will consider applications that include pets, but reserve the right to decline them depending on the type and size of the animal. No cats.

Do you allow smoking on the deck?

Every type of smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property; inside the house and out. If you want to light up, vape, use your bong, hookah or anything related at your place of residence, this is not the place for you.

What is included in the utilities fee?

There is a flat monthly charge for water, residential garbage pickup and internet/WIFI. Tenant is responsible to set up an account with Fortis and BC Hydro to pay for gas and electricity directly.
